This weeks practice tip. Doubles is the key.
To warm up before practicing doubles. Try throwing 3 darts; one dart at any triple, your next dart at the bull and your last dart at any double. You dont have to hit your targets but this will help train you to change direction of your aim and you will be knocking off big pegs in no time.
Now doubles. Just go around the board hitting each double once, but don't get stuck on something and stay on it. Just move on and come back to it at the end.
